HP LaserJet MFP M234dwe Printer

When changing th toner in this printer a part fell out. It appears a small pin broke off so this part will not stay in. What is this par called, what is the part # and where can I get a replacement? I am including a picture of the part. HP Part.jpg

Thank you.

Hi @yankeebob1954,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

It sounds like you're dealing with a frustrating issue. If the paper roller is damaged or broken, it can feel like a small piece is causing a big problem. Unfortunately, printers are often designed in a way that individual internal parts, like the roller, aren't easily replaceable—meaning a full replacement might be necessary.

If you can share the serial number of your printer, I can check its warranty status and explore possible solutions for you. Hopefully, there's still an option to get it fixed or replaced without too much hassle. Let me know how you'd like to proceed!

Keep me posted

Take care and have a good day.
