New OneLam 400 A4 has paperwork totally jammed, can’t find any way to open to release.  Any suggestions

I was unable to identify your printer from what you provided. Go to the below site, click on the magnifier icon, and type in the exact model of your printer.  There should be some videos on fixing paper jams.

This is a laminator not a printer. You can find the user guide here: https://manuals.plus/hp/3160-onelam-400-a3a4-laminator-manual

 

Manual shows a release lever but not sure that is going to be what you are looking for.
