Trying to print compliment slips from officepro 9020, doesn't seem to be possible from tray 1, tray 2 will print them but only one at a time then it jams up.
Any help would be appreciated, getting very frustrated, didn't have this problem on previous HP printer.

Welcome to the HP Community.
What is the definition of a "Compliment slip"?
Important factors
- Paper size?
- Paper Weight?
- The actual surface on the slip of paper - gloss? Matte?
True, Tray 2 is for all custom paper , non-plain paper printing.
What else?
Access to all the printer services / features requires that you have installed the Full Feature Software / full driver printer software. Install the full driver in addition to the HP Smart application.
The printer itself must be aware of the paper size / paper weight loaded in the printer. Change / check the paper in the printer > modify / change the setting on the Display panel > update / adjust the settings in EWS.
