HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

My printer keeps jamming every time I need to print duplex, The first side of the page prints okay its the second page, the text starts about an inch lower than it should, and you can see on each piece of paper a slight crease where the rollers have slipped, its like the printer goes our of alinement, prints part of the page and then gets stuck. I've made sure the paper is aligned, I've cleaned the whole time, etc, done everything the support page asks, I cant seem to reach anyone at HP to ask a technician or anything either.

Is there some way to fix the jamming, its not even a week, old yet. I'm using the lasted software and drivers etc.

Thanks!

Kenji A4 Copy Paper, but I've also tried reflex and it doesn't make a difference either.

Can you locate the rollers that are leaving marks and clean them?

I have thoroughly cleaned all of the rollers on the machine as per the Printer Jam support page, I'm convinced its an alinement issue?

If possible contact the seller if the seller can provide a new printer or a warranty repair/replacement.

One week old printer should not jam.
