Product: OFFICEJET 3830

Hi, 

My Officejet 3830 tells me there's a paper jam yet there's no paper at all. I've checked every possible cavity and followed different support videos to remove any eventual paper, there's none.

Moreover, when I enter its SN on the HP website, it tells me the number is wrong.
