Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer

OfficeJet 3830 pulling paper in crooked and is not printing there is no paper jam but the paper feed reel does look a little crooked when I look in from the top where I feed the paper.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are facing an issue with your Printer.

 

Kindly refer to step 4 from this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.

 

Also, while loading the paper into the input tray, make sure to adjust the paper guide correctly to hold the paper firmly inside the tray.
