Hello,

OfficeJet 5232 All-in-One doesn't load paper from a tray.

Get error message "Load paper and press OK".

It seems that the paper is not recognized.

What could be done after all wheels cleaning.

Impossible to get any human support in Sweden.

I see you are experiencing issues with the HP OfficeJet 5232 All in One Printer doesn't load paperA paper feed issue can occur for several reasons, such as dusty or contaminated paper rollers, the condition of the paper in the tray, or even issues with the software.

 

I have a few recommendations 

  • Reset the printer.
  • Print a self-test report
  • Check the condition of the paper
  • Clean the paper pick rollers
