Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8216 Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur
My OfficeJet 8216 jams every time I try to print on Photo Paper. I am using HP Premium Plus Inkjet Photo Paper. I am loading it in the paper tray glossy side down. I am setting all of the settings on the printer and in my Print Dialog box for this type of paper, highest quality.
Is there any type of paper that might work better? Is there any special way to load the paper so that it won't jam? Is there anything in or on the Printer that I should clean or fix?
Thanks for any ideas or tips, including whether I should just get a different printer!
