I have only used this printer one time. It is now giving me an error that the paper tray is open. I have tried everything i can think of. The arms in the back are not broken. As I said this is basically a refurbished new printer. Used one time. How can i get rid of this message?

I tried this. I also held the power button down for 30 seconds without the power cord connected. No luck. I still have the same message. Like I said, this printer has only been used one time. Im wondering if I got a dud. Unfortunately there is no warranty or support for it which I think it absolutely crazy.
