Hello,

This printer is only about 2 years old, and a gear has broken that prevents both printing and scanning.  I think this is referred to as a PF gear.  Others have had problems with it, and I'm surprised it isn't listed in the PartSurfer.  Is there a way to get the exact part number (or subassembly name/number) so that I can effectively search for it?  Alternatively, is there an STL file for this exact part that I can use to print one on my 3d printer?  I'm not much at editing the files, so one that isn't exact wouldn't be quite as useful.

Thank you,

syntaxman
