HP OfficeJet Pro 8034e All-in-One Printer

I have tried to get the help of customer support in fixing a paper jam issue. I have been on two long chat calls with absolutely poor service. Not only did they want me to repeat the same troubleshooting procedures each time, they refused to acknowledge that there was a problem. The paper jams and tears. I do the troubleshooting procedures and it works for a day. Then the same thing happens. With the last support chat I was told that they would "snooze" the case for 12 hours and if it happened again, I should contact them and they would send a replacement.  Two hours later I contacted them again saying it was not working and they wanted to start the whole troubleshooting process again. I refused and said I wanted a replacement as they had promised.  They agreed. This was 3 days ago. The new printer shipped TODAY and won't get here until JULY 16th (2 1/2 weeks from now)!  I am forced to go buy another printer in the meantime. I can't seem to get to someone to ask for a refund instead of a replacement or any real help. Those options doesn't exist. I would appreciate any help.  Thanks so much!
