My Officejet 4650 won't pick up my photo paper. I am using HP specialty glossy 4x6 paper. Loading it in short side up and glossy side down. First I get a message that the paper is not the right size. Then it sounds like its printing but the paper never makes it to the print area. It's jammed in back. I have all my settings correct. Changed the paper on the printer to 4x6 glossy photo , changed the settings on my HP Smart app on my Mac to that too. Checked the settings on the print queue . I've used this paper before and it worked. What is going on?

@mwpamela, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.
I understand the printer is not picking the photo papers. Have you tried using the photo app on the mac and check if that helps?
Make sure the photo papers are properly placed in the input tray, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, and Envelopes
Update the printer firmware
Click here to download and install the latest printer firmware from your Mac.
Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.
Also, check for any software updates on Mac
