Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The screen on the printer shows 4 icons much like the power icon and doesn't respond to anything from the computer. I have turned it off and unplugged it overnight, but it boots up to the same screen. Can anyone tell me what's going on and what to do?
