Product: HP OfficeJet 3830 All-in-One Printer
My printer is loading the paper half way and then gives me an out of paper error. I have tried cleaning the rollers in the back, as well as the rollers by the ink cartidges. When I look under the printer I can see the paper fed in and doesn't appear to be jamming. However, when the paper reaches the half way point it does start flexing and seems like it isn't able to pull any further. I have reset the power according to the HP guide but nothing seems to help.
This issue did not start until I printed a couple pages and went to scan them to a file on my computer. Immediately following that, it stopped pulling paper properly.
