Product: HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an old HP Envy 5540 printer.  For some reason, it is giving me an "Out of Paper" message, even though I have put about 20 sheets of paper in it.  I have been through the HP instructions, cleaned the rollers, unplugged and plugged in the printer, and tried everything, but it does not recognize there is paper in the printer.   I made sure the photo paper holder was pushed all the way in as well as the regular paper holder also.  There is absolutely no paper jamming the printer.

UPDATE:  For some reason, it started working again.  I really do not know why.  I did not change anything more after trying all the things I found on the HP website.
