HP Office Jet Pro 9025
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

For the past month or so I keep getting the message on our HP OfficeJet Pro 9025 that the "Output bin is full" when there is no paper in the output bin.  The error message says that "On the Home Screen touch "Setup" . "Preferences" . Output Tray Sensor, and then select the option  to turn off the sensor."  I have looked everywhere and can find no option anywhere to "turn off the sensor."  I sure wish I could!  Lately after I touch the Home Screen prompts, and after 5 minutes or so, the document I'm trying to print will be printed.  Sometimes it continues to print just fine and then out of the blue I get the "output bin is full" message - and it gets "stuck" there.  So irritating!  We've always bought HP printers and they have all worked fine.  This one is definitely an exception.

Make sure that any guides that move in the paper path near the exit assembly are working properly as a sticking guide can trigger the OBF error.

I don't understand what "guides" you are referring to.  There are paper trays in the HP OfficeJet Pro 9025.  Which tray are the "guides" in.  What do they look like?  Thanks!
