Hi @SUNILk2,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Deskjet 1050 printer's print job queue is stuck and the jobs are not clearing or printing, here are some steps you can follow to troubleshoot and resolve the issue.

Cancel Print Jobs:

  • Open the print queue on your computer.
  • For Windows: Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers. Right-click on your HP Deskjet 1050 printer and select "See what's printing". Click on "Printer" in the top menu bar and choose "Cancel All Documents".
  • For Mac: Go to System Preferences > Printers & Scanners. Select your printer, then click on the "Open Print Queue" button. Select all jobs and click on the "Delete" button.

Restart Printer:

  • Turn off your HP Deskjet 1050 printer, wait for about 30 seconds, and then turn it back on. This can sometimes clear the print queue and reset the printer's internal settings.

Check Printer Connection:

  • Ensure that your printer is properly connected to your computer via USB cable or connected to your network if it's a network printer. Sometimes, connectivity issues can prevent print jobs from completing.

Update or Reinstall Printer Drivers:

  • Outdated or corrupt printer drivers can cause print queue issues. Visit the HP support website, download the latest drivers for your HP Deskjet 1050 printer model, and install them on your computer.

Clear Print Spooler:

  • Sometimes, the print spooler service on your computer can get stuck.
    • For Windows: Open Command Prompt as Administrator and type net stop spooler followed by net start spooler to restart the print spooler service.
    • For Mac: Open Terminal and type sudo killall -9 cupsd followed by sudo launchctl start org.cups.cupsd to restart the CUPS printing system.

Check for Paper Jams or Hardware Issues:

  • Make sure there are no paper jams or other hardware issues that could be preventing the printer from functioning correctly.

Factory Reset (if necessary):

  • As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on your HP Deskjet 1050 printer to restore it to its default settings. Refer to the printer’s user manual or HP’s support website for instructions specific to your model.

By following these steps, you should be able to troubleshoot and resolve the issue of the stuck print job queue on your HP Deskjet 1050 printer.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
