Product: HP DeskJet 2710e All-in-One Printer

My printer will not feed paper and it has literally happened overnight with nothing happening to the printer - it was sat in its normal place doing nothing. From one day to the next the printer has just stopped taking the paper - it sort of pulls it on one corner but does not fully feed. Then the printer acts as though it has paper and prints the document but it is not printing. It is VERY annoying. 

 

I have tried switching it off and reconnecting - I am slightly gobsmacked that this is the only solution that has been provided - is that not IT novice 101 - turn it off and turn it on again. Unsurprisingly after a restart it is still a problem. It is as though one of the rollers that grips the paper has disengaged however that area of the printer is completely inaccessible without trashing the printer.

 

Is it possible to get some more useful advice on how to fix this problem
