I have an HP LaserJet Pro 9018.  The screen shows Paper Jam; however, I went through the entire printer per the steps provided and couldn't find any paper.

 

I tried the power cycling and that didn't work.  I can't access any other functions on the printer screen as it's stuck on the paper jam screen.

 

I haven't connected it to the app on the computer to the printer as I have a new Wi-Fi, and since I can't access the screen, I can't connect to the Wi-Fi.

 

Any ideas?
