Paper Jam HP ENVY PHOTO 6200

We have a HP ENVY Photo 6200 printer. When we try to print some photos we get a error that tells us that there in np paper in the photo tray but there is. I think the issue is that the printer can´t take the paper.

I see that you are not able to print photos. To assist you better,

• Are you using HP photo papers?
• Make sure the media that you are using is compatible with the printer. Click here to check the product specifications.
• Are you able to print on regular paper?
• Which app are you using to print? Check the print settings on the app.

Check if the photo papers are properly loaded in the input tray, refer to - Loading Paper, Cards, Envelopes

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - An 'Out of Paper' error displays, printer does not pick paper
