Paper Jam but no paper stuck

Hello, my printer keeps telling me I have a printer jam yet I can’t see any paper in all of the usual places. I’ve followed the onscreen prompts to clear the jam and there is nothing there. I have done the usual switch off at wall, leave for a few minutes, unplug, put back in etc but nothing is removing the “jam”/error message. 

please help!!

I understand that you are getting a paper jam error, I am glad to assist you.

And if the issue will persist, you might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
