Can this printer print on any kind of paper that other than normal white printer paper?
I have tried card stock - jams no matter what tray setting/paper weight I specify
I have tried glossy laser jet paper - jams no matter what tray setting/paper weight I specify
I have tried laser jet rated sticker/labels - jams no matter what tray setting/paper weight I specify
I have tried setting the setting on the printer itself directly on the tray on the touch screen.
I have tried setting the paper weight setting on the "print properites" in windows.
Everything just results in a jam. Except it isn't really a jam, it is more like it barely loads the paper, doesn't like it and immediate stops trying to feed the paper.
The jam error always says it is in the back of the printer, but it isn' it is jamming the second it loads the paper into the rollers and stopping and reporting a jam (so the paper is in the bottom of the printer where the print tray is inserted, and only about 1/2 inch loaded into the roller).
So it is more like it just doesn't want to load or print on anything that isn't thin plain printer paper.
I have tried both Tray 1 and Tray 2.
Is this printer just garbage, or am I doing something wrong or what. because having a printer that refused to print on any type of specialty paper is a waste of space for our small business and totally ridiculous.
We need to be able to print on lots of different laser rated medium
It doesn't appear this printer can do that, at all.

OK, finally figured out that the max weight for this printer is about 250g and we were using several products that were at 260g which it didn't like.
Was able to get a lighter weight laser label paper and cling paper and was finally able to print without jamming. Using the Cardstock Glossy setting on Tray 1 which seems to set it to the highest weight it can take.
