My printer was printing just fine on glossy cardstock paper, then all of a sudden it started jamming and will not print anymore. It seems like it's not catching the paper from the tray. Please help.

Have you tried to print using standard plain paper to eliminate the media as the issue? I have found with this engine design that it is very easy to get a small piece of paper jammed in the feed path between the tray and the fuser. If the printer will not feed plain paper either, remove all toner cartridges and cover with a cloth to prevent light damaging the drums. Remove the paper tray and turn the printer of the left side so you can clearly see the paper path and look for anything out of place or bits of paper.
