I have tried the couple of various solutions across the internet and was wondering if there was a solution I missed. What is happening is when my printer boots up my printer head seems to be stuck in the far right side. I then get the paper Jam error, and when I close out of that it gives me the 0x error. I can "unlock" the printer head if I unplug the power as it is starting up. In this case I am able to remove the ink cartridges and reboot the printer. When I do this the printer head is able to move side to side and do its normal start up routine. However it still throws the Paper Jam error. When I close out of that error I hear the whirring again and I see it looks like the printer head is again stuck in the far right position and I get the 0x error once again and my printer is essentially bricked until I restart it. I have scoured the printer for any blockages and made sure every component is seated properly. I have wiped down the components with isoprop alcohol. I am at a loss of what to try next. I just bought and installed new ink cartridges too.
