Product: HP ENVY 5547 All-in-One Printer

I've been having this problem for about a couple of weeks now. For a long time I have not been able to print in color and, since I have a subscription with HP instant ink, it bothered me not to use both cartridges. In the end I solved it by setting HP SMART PRINTING as the "target" printer and now print colored. However, for a couple of weeks ONLY in this PC function (the only one that allows me to print in color) it continues to give me paper jam (without any jammed paper) while if I change destination it goes. I just don't like NOT using the color cartridge I paid for.
