So I just purchased this from the amazon warehouse, got it, plugged it in, it turned on automatically. Immediately I'm greeted with a paper jam error message. When I hit ok it tells me I need to install ink. Seconds after that message appears it makes a noise, nothing changes, and it reverts back to paper jam issue. I can't manually move or adjust the ink carriage, and I've tried every guide on finding and removing paper jams. I never put any paper in to begin with, and I dont see any debris or dust anywhere.

Try budging the carriage and check if it slides
If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options
1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
