Officejet pro 9015

So I just purchased this from the amazon warehouse, got it, plugged it in, it turned on automatically. Immediately I'm greeted with a paper jam error message. When I hit ok it tells me I need to install ink. Seconds after that message appears it makes a noise, nothing changes, and it reverts back to paper jam issue. I can't manually move or adjust the ink carriage, and I've tried every guide on finding and removing paper jams. I never put any paper in to begin with, and I dont see any debris or dust anywhere.

No, it was not helpful. There is no paper, and I cant move the ink carriage.

Try budging the carriage and check if it slides

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support in your Region for Service Options

3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I dont understand, are you guys intentionally ignoring what I've written?

 

I've said the ink carriage wont move. Literally twice. I hope they dont pay you guys much jfc
