Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 All-in-One Printer

My printer is not printing shipping labels, it causes a paper jam every time I try. I even changed the settings for the paper type and continue to get a paper jam. Need a fix ASAP as I purchased this for my small business and need to be able to print shipping labels on the sticker sheets instead of on regular paper.
