Hi @WEBB85 ,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
To clear a paper jam in your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer, you might need to access different areas, including the back of the unit. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you safely clear the jam:
1. Turn Off the Printer
- Press the power button to turn off the printer and disconnect the power cord from the wall.
2. Remove Paper from the Input Tray
- Remove all paper from the input tray to prevent further jams.
3. Access the Rear of the Printer
- Locate the Rear Access Door or Duplexer: Your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e has a rear access panel or duplexer. If your printer has a duplexer (for two-sided printing), you will need to remove it.
- Remove the Duplexer: Press the tabs on either side of the duplexer and pull it out gently.
- Check for Paper Jam: Inspect the area and gently remove any jammed paper by pulling it straight out to avoid tearing.
4. Check the Front of the Printer
- Open the front cover to check inside the printer, particularly around the ink cartridges.
- Gently remove any paper you see stuck inside.
5. Inspect the Output Tray Area
- Remove any paper that might have jammed in the output tray or beneath the paper rollers.
6. Reinstall the Duplexer
- After clearing all visible paper jams, reinstall the duplexer by aligning it and snapping it into place.
7. Power On the Printer
- Reconnect the power cord and turn on the printer.
- Load paper into the input tray and check if the issue is resolved.
8. Run a Printer Test
- Try printing a test page to ensure the printer is working smoothly.
