I understand you're experiencing a paper jam with your HP Smart Tank 750 All-in-One printer, here are some steps to help resolve the issue:

1. Turn Off and Unplug the Printer

  • Turn off the printer using the power button and unplug it from the power source.

2. Check for Paper Jam Inside the Printer

  • Open the printer’s access panel or ink cartridge door.
  • Look for any paper that is stuck inside the printer, especially around the paper path, rollers, and ink cartridges.
  • Gently remove any jammed paper. Avoid pulling it forcefully to prevent damaging internal parts.

3. Check the Input and Output Trays

  • Remove any paper from the input and output trays.
  • Check if there is any paper jammed in these areas and remove it carefully.

4. Inspect the Paper Feed Rollers

  • If accessible, inspect the paper feed rollers for any small pieces of paper or debris.
  • Gently clean the rollers using a soft cloth dampened with water (make sure it's not too wet).

5. Reload the Paper Tray

  • After ensuring the printer is clear of any jams, reload the paper tray with the appropriate paper size and type.
  • Make sure the paper is aligned properly and the tray is not overfilled.

6. Reset the Printer

  • Plug the printer back into the power source and turn it back on.
  • Try printing again to see if the issue is resolved.

7. Check for Error Messages

  • If the printer still shows a paper jam error, check the display for any specific error codes or messages.
  • If possible, clear the error through the printer’s control panel or HP Smart app.
