Product: HP DeskJet GT 5820 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I'm using a HP DeskJet GT 5820 printer and everytime I try to print something it always shows the error E1 on the printer display and shows paper mismatch even though I select A4 size everytime in preferences and the paper tray is also loaded with A4 size papers. 

I have tried to factory reset my printer and even that does'nt seem to work. This issue has been around for a while and I'm unable to print anything. I have exhausted every troubleshooting option and still  haven't found a solution for this. 

Any help is appreciated!!
