Paper alignment issue

My printer suddenly started having printer jams and won’t feed the paper correctly. About 1/2 an inch is cut off from the margin of the first edge of the paper that comes out of the printer (the top of the page when in portrait mode). I cleaned the feed wheels and that seems to have solved the paper jam issue, but the paper alignment is still off.
