So the thing is my printer takes the paper in sideways and then gets stuck halfway in the job. After that it makes really loud noises like a propeller I checked the manuell and how to solve it but it’s still the same I don’t know if it’s better if I seen it back for a reclamation and request a new printer or ask them to repair it because I can’t find the cause.

I have had this happen.  One of the pinch rollers is not properly pulling the paper through.  For a two roller system, one roller is probably slipping and the other is pulling strongly.

You will have to open it up and examine the roller.  Look for sticky substance on a roller or foreign material around it.  A new printer should not wear out unless a spill or damage has happened.

There are replacement paper feeder kits or one can clean the rollers to make them like new.

You may need to clean the rollers

If your printer has had a lot of use possibly the rollers have hardened and you need a roller kit

Let me know what you find out.
