Paper gets stuck on printer

Hi,

I am trying to print invitational cards to a wedding on printer: HP Color laserjet enterprise m652. I have A4 cards(220g) so I choose "Cardstock 176-220g" as Paper type when printing, and then I removed all standard A4-papers from Tray 2, and put only 1 of these special A4-cards I bought which a bit thicker into Tray 2. But after printing it, it just got stucked like paper jam. Is there any other way I can do? The A4-paper I have does not fit in Tray 1 sadly which seems a bit smaller.

Also I am worried if it will work to print if I only have like 10 of these A4-cards, since the printer usually complains when there is not enough paper in the Tray 2(if I only have 10 paper there). Can I get this to work in any way? Feels like it should be possible to print such cards with this kind of advanced printer.

Only tray 1 can print 220 gsm, other trays max is 163 gsm.

The A4 is the standard paper size, and it must fit in the Tray 1.

Oh I see! When I looked at Tray 1, it looked really small but should A4 paper fit there? And if so, can I put only 1 there or does it have to be a lot of them?
