Paper gets stuck

Never had an issue w printer until last night. Paper gets stuck few inches down. Left side seems to pull faster than right. Made several attempts. Don’t see any torn paper inside. Got a message from you guys about reaching the end of my monthly print/pages.  But nothing has been able to print.

I see that you are facing a paper pick issue with your printer.

Are you able to make a copy on the printer standalone? (Place an original document on the scanner glass and make a copy to confirm hardware is working fine)

To understand the issue and help you, please share the details listed below:

- Is the printer having issues picking up plain paper while printing or the orginal document input tray?

- May I know which application you are using to print?

- When was the last time your printer was working fine?

- Were there any changes made to your printer recently?

- May I know which devices are you using to print eg: Windows PC, Mac, or Smartphone (Android or iPhone)?
