Product: HP Laser Jet Managed Flow MFP E62665z

Printer (HP Laser Jet Managed Flow MFP e62665z) keeps jamming in the fuser no matter what tray it prints from. It works fine when printing single sided and only jams during duplex printing. Even after removing the jam each time, it will still jam the next time a double-sided print job is sent. Firmware is up to date as well. Getting error code: 13.B9.A2 

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks in advance.
