Product: HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M177fw

T he paper is loaded in the tray but will not feed.  There is a loose black piece on the left side in the back area of the "feed area".  I am not sure if this is the problem.  Printer was given to  me.20210108_103510.jpg

If you have already performed the steps from the document An 'Out of Paper' error displays, the printer does not pick paper and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
