Paper issues

[Nburr]

My 2700. Series printer is saying the printer has no paper, but it does have paper!  How do I fix this?  This printer is so frustrating!!  Thank you

Remove and reload the paper

Starting on Page 11

Next,

If you can do so -- and if the printer is connected to your network --

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) 

Check / Modify the Paper Size / Type settings.

Perhaps change a setting - apply it -- and, if it's not the paper size you need in that category (small, medium, large),

Edit the setting again to correct it for the current job and apply.

Open your Browser > Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model and EWS version Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

It depends on the underlying cause of the error.

Which app / software are you using?

What is the task?  

For example,

The paper size / type you select during the job configuration must match (as best as can be done) the paper loaded in the intake tray and the settings in EWS - Tray and Paper.

What?

Paper Size = Letter / Plain Paper (as might be set in EWS) is not the same size setting as "Index" paper of that size as found in the job setup.
