I keep getting an error about a paper jam, and I followed all the trouble shooting, but there's nothing jammed, and I wiped the rollers. I updated the firmware and reset the printer and it still won't print. The warranty is expired.

Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - Paper Jam Error
Also, refer to - Carriage jam or E3 error
