Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all, I’ve been having terrible trouble with my HP 255dw LaserJet printer. For context, I bought it recently for waterslide decal and sticker printing. I had successfully printed on the decal paper once before with no issues, but now all subsequent prints jam at the printer fuser. I can successfully print on regular copy paper with no issues through both trays.  If it matters, the brand of decal paper I’m using is Sunnyscopa’s clear laser paper. The issue arises no matter which app I use to wirelessly print.

I’ve tried cleaning the paper feed rollers, changing the printer name, trying the different paper variations of “heavy glossy”, “extra heavy glossy”, “label”, “transparent”, etc. when printing.

Originally I had printed using the unspecified paper type choice, and had switched to heavy glossy after the first print. I’m unsure if this may have caused some kind of issue like melting lacquer to the roller.

I’d appreciate it if anyone had any potential solutions or even personal experiences with something similar, I don’t get much time in the week to tinker.
