Paper jam while printing two-sided (always risky). The paper is stuck between the rollers. I can see it, both past the ink loaders and through the bottom, when I turn the printer over. But it won't pull out. What to do?

Hi @Peter1046,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

To clear the paper jam in your HP OfficeJet Pro 9125e All-in-One Printer, follow these steps.

Turn off the printer and unplug it from the power source to ensure safety.

Open the front cover to access the ink cartridges and the paper path. Remove the ink cartridges carefully, setting them aside in a safe place.

Check the paper path for any visible paper or obstructions. Gently try to pull out the paper in the direction of the paper path. If it's caught around the rollers, avoid pulling too hard, as this can damage the printer or cause more paper to tear.

Check the rear access door:

  • If your printer has a rear access door (typically at the back of the printer), open it to see if the paper jam is easier to reach from this area.
  • Gently pull out any visible paper or debris from the back.

Examine the rollers: If the paper is stuck near the rollers, gently rotate the rollers by hand to loosen the paper. Be careful not to force them, as that could cause damage.

Turn the printer upside down (if needed) and gently shake the printer to dislodge any loose paper.

Check the tray: Ensure there are no small pieces of paper stuck in the paper feed tray or the output tray.

Replace the ink cartridges and close the printer's cover once the paper is cleared.

Plug the printer back in and turn it on. Run a test print to ensure everything is functioning correctly.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
