HP LaserJet Managed MFP E72425dv

Hello,

I have an HP LaserJet Managed MFP E72425 and I keep getting a paper jam problem.
The printer shows the error code 13.B9.D2 (Fuser Delivery Delay Jam).

The issue completely blocks the printer — I cannot print anything at all because every time there is a jam.
I already tried checking the rear side, removing paper, and cleaning a bit, but the problem keeps coming back.

Can you please help me fix this or tell me what needs to be done?

Thank you in advance.

Best regards,

Resolving Error Code 13.B9.D2 on HP LaserJet Managed MFP E72425

The error code 13.B9.D2 on your HP LaserJet Managed MFP E72425 indicates a "Fuser Delivery Delay Jam" when printing from Tray 2. Here are the steps you can take to try to resolve this issue:

  1. Open the Right Door:
    • Open the right door to access the internal components of the printer.

  1. Inspect for Paper Jam or Obstruction:
    • Check if there is any paper or obstruction inside the printer and remove it carefully.
  2. Access the Fuser:
    • Use the green tab on the left side to open the fuser access door.

  1. Check the Fuser for Jammed Media:
    • Look behind the fuser access door for any jammed or wrapped media. Remove any paper found.

  1. Restart the Printer:
    • Turn the printer off, wait for a few seconds, and then turn it back on.
  2. Verify the Trays and Paper Settings:
    • Ensure that the trays are loaded correctly and configured for the correct paper size and type. Check that the paper is of good quality and meets the printer's specifications.
  3. Evaluate Paper Quality and Conditions:
    • Ensure the paper is not wrinkled or damaged. Try using paper from a new unopened package.
  4. Further Support:
    • If the error persists, contact HP customer support for further assistance, or consider having an HP-authorized service technician inspect the printer. In some cases, it might require servicing or replacement of components like the fuser or fuser-related parts.

If you follow these steps and the issue still occurs, more in-depth troubleshooting by a professional might be necessary to resolve hardware-related issues.
