Hi again,

I have looked at the info you provided but it could not help me, i have also taken the printer apart and cleaned it according to this help video, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9wTTFfa3xY4

But the error still remains. And whene i look inside the printer i se where the error is but it is no paper jam as it say on the screen,

Anyone have any other advice? i am gonna see if i can get a better video on the error that happends. Must have something to do whit some wheel inside the printer.

@Akhawi

Yes if it's crooked it can definitely cause paper jam issues or crooked printing

thx for info 🙂 , any way to get a spare part for this item? or can it not be repaired?

HP Recommended

Spare Parts for printers are rare since most parts are non customer replaceable ones. Usually the printer is exchanged.
