Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My hp LaserJet 400 m415 does not pick paper once I send command to print. It tries to pick paper and then says paper jam in tray2. And sometimes when manages to print some copies, it starts printing only black without the colors. Please what can I do to fix it?

Can you clarify the model please, the model you have quoted does not show up when I search my HP support resources. If it attempts to pick paper but does not feed in most cases this is caused by a worn pickup roller that will either need to be cleaned or replaced.
