Product: hp office jet pro 9015

Error message says I have a printer jam.  I cannot find any paper jam.  It further says the print cartridge cannot move because of the jam.  I'm at a loss.  any suggestions?  I have rebooted several times and have taken apart the printer as much as I can.  I have found no paper jams.
