I have a laser printer with an jam in the output bin. I tried to remove the paper, but part of it tore and is stuck in the printer. It printed at first but only in faint black ink. Now it is jammed and I cannot get to the paper from the front or back or anywhere. i have turned the printer on and off and all the things that support walks you through, including watching every video I could Google, and now I am at my wits end. Unless I figure out how to open up this printer, am I going to have to buy a new one?

You are likely going to have to remove the fuser unit to gain access to the paper jam which will require extensive disassembly of the printer. You should be able to find a video on YouTube on removing the fuser.
