Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

First, Does anyone know why my serial number isn't reconized and second when my tray is full of paper I still get the message, load paper in tray. Is it just because my printer is at least 6 yrs. old

Hi,

Simpler to just buy a new printer. Discovered mine was anywhere from 5 to 7 years old.
