My HP Envy 7200e won't accept a print job without throwing out a Paper Size Error. The only option is then to cancel the print job after which the first sheet of paper is ejected. If I then resend the print job it will normally work. This occurs when jobs are sent from Linux, Mac and Windows operating systems. All paper size options are set to A4 and A4 paper is loaded.

Settings all seemed good. The power source removal, whilst switched on appeared to have worked when I printed from my Linux machine but sending a print from a Windows machine revealed the same problem. It seems strange that the print that failed works after cancelling on the printer screen then resending the same print request, surely this must be a printer issue rather than the operating system of the sender
