Product: HP Color LaserJet Professional CP5225n Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I've had this printer for 8 months now.  No issues until this morning.  The issue is that after printing something, the paper stops just before dropping.  Which causes the printer to think there is a jam in it.   Video of the issue - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZKZsR4OV8g

 

How can I fix this issue because I cannot stop what I am doing to "unjam" the paper after printing each sheet of paper.
