Paper too short and paper jam

Hi there,

I've recently begun having an issue with my HP8025e printer. I'll get an error message that my paper is too short, which is followed then by a paper jam.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer, done a hard reset, checked drivers, ensured that my print settings are set up correctly and checked for any debris. I'm not sure what my next steps are.

Make sure that they paper size you have set on the printer matches the actual paper that is loaded. It is not uncommon for someone to accidently change paper size from letter to legal while still having letter paper loaded.
