My printer is getting jammed, specifically the paper loading tray. It needs a full tug to get it out and often people at my office are getting frustrated that they can't get it to work. I found that there was some residual ink on the loading tray, and a little on the inside of the machine too that I've cleaned off. It seems to work alright now, but is there anything else I should look out for? Is there a way to stop the ink from building up in the first place?
Thanks!

Hi @Adam1998,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are facing paper jam issue when there was dried ink.
Please check the carriage area for cartridge leaks.
Printing regularly will help ink not build up.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
